I am writing to express my appreciation for the way in which you marketed my home and so quickly achieved a sale price that was right up to my expectations. You hear many stories about how manipulative, misleading and tricky real estate agents can be. In your dealings with me you certainly proved that integrity still exists within the industry. I recently had a difficult situation as I am currently residing overseas. My Property at the Linx apartments in Prahran was let 6 months ago. My tenant had to vacate early so I engaged the services of Scott Banks Real Estate to deal with finding me a new tenant and handling the condition report of which there was an issue to be sorted. Initially Scott Banks spoke with me personally and then he and his General Manager Gina Mathioulakis managed the situation with promptness and professionalism. It was reassuring and refreshing.
