You'll receive comprehensive training and support from a dedicated, friendly team recognised as market leaders and innovators. This role is designed to grow with you, starting as an assistant and progressing into a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager role. As you advance, you can manage your portfolio of up to 150+ properties by meeting performance standards, with an increasing salary to match your experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support to a Property Manager while learning all aspects of property management. Manage a growing portfolio, starting with a few properties and expanding as you gain experience. Conducted condition reports and property inspections and ensured compliance with regulations. Handle inquiries from tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently. Manage email communications and other administrative tasks using PropertyTree software. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
